Development in a C2C (Concept to Capability) environment of an operational demonstrator of a net-centric tactical command and control system capable of managing manned and unmanned entities (C3ISR: command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) and its validation using opposing-party simulators defined during the research itself.
