The Med New Job project it is a Simple Single Action Project activated on Axis 4 Lot 2 in the training sector. The “Med New Job” project promotes the creation of sustainable employment in the nautical sector and the maritime economy. DLTM has designed and developed a cross-border platform through which it is possible to match demand with job offers in the Blue Economy (http://www.mednewjob.eu/)

The Platform has the following objectives:

1. Enhance existing information and platforms in the sector by creating a single reference area (Territorial Brand);
2. Communicate significant employment and entrepreneurial opportunities clearly and effectively;
3. Combat mismatching;
4. Promote cross-border mobility for work purposes;
5. Promuovere un piano congiunto per occupazione che sperimenti un modello condiviso di anticipazione/gestione preventiva delle crisi aziendali (outplacement);
6. Innovate pre-incubation services for the creation of new businesses;
7. Promote the transfer and innovation of products, processes, and the model itself.
